Mother prays to take daughter's cancer
Janine Ackerman prayed that God would allow her to commit the ultimate sacrifice -- exchanging her life for her daughter's. Janine's daughter, Kayla, suffered from cancer for most of her life. By the time she was seven, Kayla had had nine brain surgeries. That's more than one a year.
Well, now, thanks to her mother's prayers, Kayla is completely cancer free.
Unfortunately, God held Janine to her word and she was diagnosed with stage four liver cancer. Last week, she lost her battle with the diease.
She commited the ultimate sacrifice for her child, I wonder how many of us would do the same.

I personally knew Janine or "Neeners" as we all affectionately called her, and I know for a fact that she would have gone through this A MILLION times over for anyone she loves, she was an incredibly strong and a remarkable woman I'm glad to have had her apart of my life!
